Reduce Stress Breathing Technique

I created a new breathing technique called Infinity that reduces stress and encourages healing at a deeper level.

I love learning new things and during one of my energy healing classes a lady showed me her version of balancing the masculine and feminine aspects within the body. It opened my eyes to new possibilities and a new breathing technique emerged that can balance the masculine and feminine aspects as well reduce stress.

𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐈 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬.

Therefore, I’m always on the hunt for breathing techniques that help manage stress and encourage healing within the body.

Pre-PTSD, I had no idea that we all have masculine and feminine aspects within the body. In balance, the masculine and feminine work together well. Out of balance, it is a whole different story.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 & 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Out of balance, or when the masculine is distorted by fear of losing control or power, the masculine side can be aggressive, demanding, controlling or trying to prove their worth.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢- 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐫, & 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐨.

Out of balance, or when the feminine is distorted by fear, the feminine side can be passive, manipulative, jealous, or desperate.

Depending on the minute, hour or day, regardless of whether we are male or female, we can exhibit the masculine and/or feminine aspects in a healthy way, or we can be in fear mode.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨:

  1. Surrender/Accept: say or think “I don’t know why I’m in fear mode, but I am, based on how I am acting or responding to the situation.”
  2. Reconnect the circuits. Ie. stop the “garden hose turned on at full force, but not connected to anything” effect.
  3. Re-direct the mind to get out of fear mode.
  4. Ask for help. We all have different beliefs so this could be asking God, Spirit, Universe, Higher Self, etc. or even the energy of the “vast, mysterious, infinite power that can transform.”
  5. Engage theta brain waves / cranial nerves.
  6. Repeat as needed.

So when the masculine & feminine are out of balance, just think of Buzz Lightyear!
