Learning to love yourself can open up your life to infinite possibilities, and help you find the balance you desire.
In this class we will focus on boundaries. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥.
This sanctuary is for you to focus on boundaries that support you in becoming the most authentic and healthiest version of yourself.
Especially if the boundaries you currently have in place have been focused on what is best for other people and you are feeling drained or bitter.
In addition to focusing on boundaries, we may explore one or more of the following:
Energy healing so that you start addressing the root issues held in the cellular memory of the body.
Tools & techniques that when practiced, reduce stress and that in turn encourages healing in the body.
Practicing allowing the Divine in, in a playful way that reminds you of miracles and magic that still exists in the world.
Proper use of affirmations to focus on what you want.
This is time is a gift of self-care where you learn how to love yourself and others in a way that is healthy and empowering.
