Often times people realize some “thing” is not working for them anymore but once they have the awareness they aren’t sure how to fix it.
It may be procrastination or perfectionism holding them back, it may be emotional eating or scrolling on social too much.
When we start with curiosity we get better results. When we admit we don’t know why we have the habits that we do AND then invite in healing then we will notice changes.
